Questions leaders ask.

What you should know before we begin.

What can I send as source material?
LinkedIn text posts, blogs and articles, newsletters, Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, podcast episodes, presentations, research, voice notes, internal frameworks or rough notes can all work. If you have a different source, send it and I’ll tell you whether it can translate well into a carousel.
Do I need to prepare a full brief?
No. Send the source material and any context that matters. If you already have brand assets, include them. If the project needs a deeper conversation, I’ll arrange that with you.
What if I only have an idea?
That fits Fully Retold. We can use a short working call to get the idea out of your head, then I’ll develop the content and research anything that needs support.
How do you keep the carousel sounding like me?
I review your existing posts and other public content before writing. I pay attention to phrasing, sentence rhythm, level of formality, recurring expressions and the way you explain ideas. I edit for clarity without removing the parts of your voice that readers already recognize.
How many revisions are included?
One revision round is included. It covers reasonable changes within the agreed content and visual direction. A major change in source material or scope may need a revised quote.
What if I do not have brand guidelines?
You can request the Carousel Visual System. It gives your carousel work a consistent colour palette, font direction, layout system and image treatment. Logo design is not included.
Can you work with my existing brand?
Yes. Send your current brand guidelines, colours, fonts, personal photos and any examples that help me understand how you want your personal brand to look.
Can you adapt a LinkedIn carousel for Instagram?
Yes. LinkedIn is the primary format, and the carousel can be adapted for Instagram for an additional fee. The sizing and closing CTA may need to change for the platform.
What files do I receive?
You receive the publish-ready PDF. Editable source files can be shared on request. Client-specific final assets belong to you. Retoldly’s reusable internal systems remain part of the studio process.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. I’m comfortable working under an NDA where a project requires it. Completed work is only shown publicly with permission, including approved redacted versions where necessary.
What if I need a different type of design?
Retoldly mainly focuses on carousel work. I also take on selected infographics and custom presentation-slide projects. These are scoped separately, starting from $100.
When do I pay?
For one-off projects, I review the source and confirm the scope first. You pay after we agree on the final price and delivery date. Retainers are paid at the start of each month.
What happens if the source needs more work than expected?
I’ll flag it before continuing. You can approve the revised scope or keep the project within the original scope. Extra work is not added after the fact without your approval.
What is the cancellation policy?
Before work begins, payments can be refunded minus non-refundable processing fees. Once work has begun, project payments are non-refundable because production time has been reserved. Retainer clients can cancel before the next billing cycle.

Send the source or talk it through.
